Group Alchemy Sessions

This is an experiential gathering. My intention is to co-create a sacred space that focuses on meditation, intention setting, connecting with your intuition, ritual, breathwork and releasing that which is no longer serving you. A space for connection, expression, and shared transformation.

Find a cozy comfy spot in your home where you won’t be bothered, douse yourself with your favorite essential oil, wear headphones for easier listening, have a pen and paper handy or your journal, dim the lights, light a candle, burn some sage or incense stick and get ready for exploring.
