This is a space for identity shift, learning to feel emotions and reconnect to self. We work gently with what is present— body relationship, emotions and behavior patterns.
Within these sessions they may include breathwork, energy work, shadow work, small goal setting, listening, intention setting and magic depending on what is needed in each moment.
Each experience is shaped to meet you where you are and support what is ready to shift.

● Best for rewriting inner narratives, clearing emotional imprints, identity shifts and body transformation
● Ideal if you are ready for lasting change, habit/behavioral shifts and most importantly more peace day to day
